Wreckateer is a physics based puzzle game where players act as part of a demolition team tasked with destroying various structures. Players use the Kinect motion sensor to launch projectiles from a ballista and then guide them in-flight to their targets.

 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Implemented the Avatar Superstar system, a multi-game Xbox Avatar based achievement/reward system used in other Xbox LIVE arcade games.  We were one of the first games to implement the system and so we helped Microsoft refine and clarify their client-side API as well as test their server-side systems.
  • UI integration including Kinect gesture support.
  • Xbox Leaderboard systems
  • Game Saving/Loading from Xbox approved physical memory
  • Achievement Systems
  • Microsoft TCR bugs and requirements
